Our History

At Ayliff’s Garage, we’ve been a family-run business for over 30 years, proudly serving the Bourne community. Established by Mick Ayliff in the 1990s, the garage was supported by his wife, Heather, who built the premises at The Slipe. Their son Max joined the team, continuing the family legacy and laying the foundation for a trusted, well-established garage.

 

Modernisation and Growth

In 2021, Zoe Ayliff joined the team, bringing her senior management experience and helping to future-proof the business. We’ve since rebranded, upgraded our services, and partnered with Millers Oils and Forté for top-quality products. In 2024, we expanded our garage, adding an MOT bay and reducing wait times for our customers.

 

Meet the Team

We’re proud of our skilled team of 8 mechanics and 3 receptionists who ensure top-quality service and customer care. Our Workshop Manager Ben, Administrative Services Manager Becky, and Administrator Milly help keep everything running smoothly, providing trustworthy vehicle repairs and maintenance to our local community.
