At Ayliff’s Garage, we pride ourselves on transparency, honesty, and excellent customer service. Recently, we have unfortunately become the target of a coordinated attack involving multiple fake one‑star Google reviews from individuals who have never visited, contacted, or used our services.

We want to reassure our customers and community that:

• We have escalated this issue directly with Google for investigation.

• We have reported every fake review, and we are working with our cyber‑security support team at Rradar.

• We maintain detailed customer and vehicle records and can confirm that none of the names leaving these reviews have ever been customers of ours.

Because of this ongoing incident, we will temporarily suspend responses to Google reviews until the matter is resolved. This is to avoid giving legitimacy to fake accounts or encouraging further abuse.
