What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of vehicles

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance

• Use diagnostic tools and report findings to the Workshop Manager

• Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard

• Support junior technicians or apprentices

• Log jobs and productivity using Teamview

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a mechanic

• Level 3 IMI Accredited or equivalent experience

• VOSA-certified MOT tester

• Strong knowledge of engines, suspension, and electrical systems

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence

Location & Hours

Location: The Slipe, Bourne, Lincolnshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00
